Our founder, Jim Woods, grew up in Missouri, the son of a single mother with an eighth-grade education. To help feed his family, Jim chopped and picked cotton in the fields, a job that taught him grit, responsibility, and the essence of true leadership—showing up when it matters most and lifting others as you rise.
